Geotextile Dynamic Puncture Tester

The geotextile dynamic puncture tester is used to test the resistance of various geotextile materials to penetration by a steel cone dropped from a fixed height, characterizing the geotextile material's resistance to rockfall impact.

Application

It is used to test the penetration ability of various geomaterials to resist steel cones falling from a fixed height, so as to characterize the rock fall resistance performance of ten geomaterials.

Standards

JTG E50:  Test Methods of Geosynthetics for Highway Engineering

ISO/DIS 13433: Geosynthetics - Dynamic Perforation Test - Cone Drop Method (Draft International Standard)

GB/T17630: Geosynthetics - Dynamic Perforation Test - Cone Drop Method

Features
